Bridge of Doom

One of the footpaths leading out of Coleshill, goes downhill from the church and across the River Blythe.

The access across the river is via a narrow bridge with, let’s say, minimal sides.

Gabby hates this bridge !

The first time she encountered said bridge, she was terrified and had to be carried over – and back.

We have re-visited this bridge a few times and she has, gradually, overcome some of her trepidation to the extent that she will, slowly, walk across.

There are a few bridges of this type locally and she is fine with the shorter ones.
