After swapping my desk lamp with the one in Sue’s craft room, I had to tweak Home Assistant (HA) to rename the lamps and put them in the correct rooms.
While I was at it, I changed the light switch in the office to a smart one to control the two ceiling lights and the desk lamp.
Then I created a dashboard for the office (didn’t really have much to control before). I also added some Zigbee door contacts to the office door so that opening the door turns on the desk lamp while closing the door turns off all the lights.
To top it off, I set up an IKEA, Zigbee switch to control the flood and festoon lights in the garden, replacing the existing single button, in the conservatory, for the flood and festoon lights.
