I was pursuing the Geocaching.com website and decided to see if there were any geo-meets coming up.

I didn’t find any local but did find a couple, one at each end of the Severn Valley Railway (SVR).

Checking the times of these events (11:00 and 13:30) made me wonder if it was possible to visit both by taking the train between them.

The SVR website for the second of November shows that Timetable B will be in use.

It’s not possible to start at Kidderminster and get to Bridgnorth in time for the first event but starting at the other end gives about thirty five minutes to get from the Cliff Railway to the station in time for the 12:05 to Kiddie arriving in time for the latter event. 

After the event, the next train (in fact the same as the earlier arrival) leaves after about fifteen minutes getting back to Bridgo in time for a mooch around the shops / food.
