A bit of a wasted day.
I was planning on cleaning the birds and turtles but felt fairly crap when I got up so after feeding the dogs retired back to bed.
Sue worked like a trooper – she fed and watered the birds and topped up the turtle tank.
Then, as her crowning glory, decided to wash the dogs.
I dragged myself out of bed to dry the pooch
es as they emerged from the bathroom firstly with a towel and then with the hair drier.
Whilst I was up, we had a little light lunch before I succumbed to the bed finally arising around half five.
Feeling rather hungry, we ordered Chinese and when it came I devoured my king prawns and cashews with fried rice whilst Sue enjoyed beef and tomato soup followed by spare ribs.
We spend the rest of the day reading / watching TV.
