As Monday morning rolled around again, I was out with the doggies, before work for a short pre-breakfast walk.
Only local and just over a mile.
Post-work, I took a short solo walk to meet Sue from work – another mile.
Another day and I was out again with the doggies before I jumped on the bus to alight a couple of miles from work.
As dawn broke, I walked the two miles to work, following the Bordesley Branch of the Grand Union Canal.
An early start but by the time I got to work, I’d already clocked up four miles.
After updating my North Coast 500 stats, I see that on my virtual trip around North Scotland, I am now just ten miles from John o’Groats and one hundred and forty miles from the finish in Inverness.
