It is now the day after I completed the Thames Path Challenge.
Not a lot of sleep – everything hurt !
After an initial few stiff steps, this morning, I appear to be able to walk.
To those who were following my progress, I appologise for the break in service towards the end – the phone battery gave up the ghost.
However, I finished at Henley just before midnight – 100k in 15.5 hours.
