Back in October of last year, I signed up for a virtual walk, as a bit of an incentive. Not that it really matters where I’m walking my virtual walk, I did pick the Scottish North Coast 500 (which is actually five hundred and sixteen miles).

This week I passed the two hundred mile mark putting my somewhere north of Ullapool. Google Streetview shows me where I am …

The organisers have sent me a virtual postcard from my virtual walk …
Part of my joining fee has been used to plant a tree, apparently. If they plant a tree for every 20% of the challenge completed, I must have now planted a couple.
Only three hundred and one miles to go.
Searching back through my emails has uncovered another couple of post cards for sixteen and one hundred miles.
