They (whoever they are) had forecast snow but I wasn’t expecting much – a few flakes – enough to close the schools, perhaps.
Waking, I noticed that it did seem a bit lighter than previously and glancing out of the window I noticed a light dusting of the white stuff.
I was running a little late so quickly made a cheese sandwich to serve as breakfast on the drive to work.
The light covering was soon removed fro the car and I was soon on my way.
Post my work and a little later, post Sue’s work, we drove out to The Griffin for a couple of jars including this interestingly named offering.
We chatted with Stuart and Annie before leaving; stopping off at the chippy for tea.
