I was rather surprised that even though yesterday’s exertion took it out of me, I managed to sleep alright and, probably thanks to the extra hour, woke up quite refreshed.
I treated myself to a cooked breakfast but not as unhealthy as I used to indulge in. A toasted bread Thin, baked beans, veggie ‘bacon’ and a poached egg.
Sue was getting ready for work so to keep out of the way, I retired to the office and updated the OS on my Mac mini to Sequoia.
WIth everything, apparently, working, I updated this blog with yesterday’s activities.

I spent a fair remainder of the morning seeing what was new in Sequoia – one neat trick is to mirror the iPhone to the mac. Better than the the old style mirroring (say to a TV) as you can interact with the iPhone on the mac screen. At present you can’t drag and drop between the two but, hopefully, that will come.
After a light lunch, I took the doggies out from a couple of miles before returning home to clean out the birds and run the vacuum around downstairs.

With about an hour before Sue finished work, I changed into walking attire and took a circuitous route to meet har at knocking off time.
Again, not fast (my ‘normal’ walk used to be better than 15:00 min/mile) but I did manage just over 17:00 today, covering another two miles.
The total for the week now stands at twenty miles.
