Today’s training plan calls for eight miles so I’m planning on getting the train after work to Sutton Coldfield then walking home from there. To get to work, without using the car, I caught the bus as far as Saltley then popped onto the canal for a couple of miles. Nothing exciting.

Change of Format
I’ve been blogging, on and off, for a while, recently with WordPress. However, to simplify things (and save a few bob) I have transferred (back) to Blogger. Unfortunately, some images have disappeared (some maps were from endomondo which has folded) and some need formatting as they are too B I G.
