Walk 1 – To Work

  Today’s training plan calls for eight miles so I’m planning on getting the train after work to Sutton Coldfield then walking home from there. To get to work, without using the car, I caught the bus as far as Saltley then popped onto the canal for a couple of miles. Nothing exciting.
